This Legal Disclaimer applies to estatewatch.co.za and its Website content, questionnaires, checklists, guides, scores, reports and related communications. EstateWatch™ is operated by Johan C Whelan, Farm 37, Brandwacht, Mossel Bay, Western Cape, South Africa.

1. General information only

EstateWatch provides estate-planning education, awareness and structured preparation. Nothing on the Website constitutes legal, tax, financial, investment, insurance, fiduciary, medical or accounting advice. Content cannot account for every person’s facts, objectives, family circumstances or changes in law.

2. No professional relationship

Accessing the Website, submitting information, receiving a response or booking a consultation does not by itself create an attorney-client, financial-adviser, fiduciary or other regulated professional relationship. Any professional engagement must be separately agreed with the relevant qualified practitioner.

3. Estate-planning documents and decisions

Do not sign, amend or rely on a will, trust deed, beneficiary nomination, power of attorney, policy arrangement, tax structure or other legal or financial document solely because of Website content. An Estate Risk Analysis or similar output is an educational screening result based on the answers supplied.
