• Ask for your bank account, credit card, or PIN via email, SMS, or WhatsApp.
  
• Request urgent or secret payments via EFT or mobile wallets.
  
• Send links asking you to reset login info outside of estatewatch.co.za.
  
• Use personal Gmail/Yahoo/WhatsApp numbers for estate matters.
  
  

What EstateWatch™ Will ALWAYS Do:

• Communicate securely via our website (estatewatch.co.za) or your licensed advisor.
  
• Offer estate tools through verified digital platforms only.
  
• Use branded emails (e.g., info@estatewatch.co.za) and official contacts.
  
• Give you the ability to verify your advisor or contact admin directly.
  
  

How to Stay Safe:

• Never share your passwords or ID numbers via unsecured channels.
  
• Confirm advisor identity by checking their license or asking to be called from a verified number.
  
• Report any suspicious messages immediately to info@estatewatch.co.za  or +27 76 878 6069.
