Disclaimer — Legal Structure

Boedelbeskermers (Pty) Ltd operates the EstateWatch™ system in South Africa under a licensing framework that will formally be governed by EstateWatch LLC, a U.S.-based entity currently in the process of formation in Delaware. All intellectual property, systems, brands, and proprietary technologies are intended to be held by EstateWatch LLC, which will serve as the global IP-holding and licensing entity.

Upon completion of the EstateWatch LLC formation, the existing operational relationship and licensing structure between Boedelbeskermers and EstateWatch LLC will be formally enacted, without interruption to client services or access to systems.
